Juniors: Eggy Cooking Competition - Reminder

Countdown: 4 more days to breaking the eggs!!

Are you ready? Is your squad ready? If you are not sure, you better get your act together and start calling your Squad Leader and members to get all your planning done properly or else you'll end up with an egg on your face! Squad Leaders, if your squad is not ready, you'll get double dose!

Remember to bring all the things that you'll need. We are only providing: One stove per Squad; 30 eggs per squad; and A 'first-come-first serve' central steamer & a small toaster. You have to bring EVERYTHING including a wash bucket for each squad. A sample checklist of things to bring (may not be comprehensive):
  • Ingredients - raw materials, cooking oil, butter, salt, sugar, seasoning, herbs & etc;
  • Pots, frying pans and wok;
  • Utensils - knives, fork & spoon, plates, bowls, spatula, etc;
  • Washing utilities - bucket, sponge, dishwashing liquid; and
  • Cloth for wiping the table & drying.

You are not allowed to borrow anything from other squad. If you desperately need to, you will have to ask your Squad Officer for permission and 5pts will be deducted for each item you borrow.
